    2. The rent may be paid either in full or in 3 instalments with or without a UK guarantor.

    3. The listed prices are per person, per week.

    4. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

    1. Once you have paid your Advance Rent and have been allocated a room, if you cancel, then the amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Advance Rent and (ii) the amount equivalent to one week’s Licence Fee is non-refundable. 2. If you have paid the Advance Rent and the licence agreement has been accepted by both parties then you will have to carry out the terms of the licence until a replacement licensee can be found in case you want to cancel the booking. In such cases you will have to pay a re-license fee. 3. For properties in England, a non-refundable holding deposit of £100 has to be paid which will not be refunded even if you cancel booking. 4. For properties in Scotland, if you have paid the holding deposit and decide to cancel booking after that, you will be entitled to a full refund of the same. 5. If you cancel after booking a room for the next consecutive year, your deposit amount will be withheld.
