  2. Rent can be paid via credit card, debit card or bank transfers. 
  3. An advanced rent worth £99 is required to make the booking. 
  4. The rent may be paid either in full or termly or in monthly installments with an international guarantor. The monthly installment plans are available with a surcharge of 2%. 

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 3 days of accepting your tenancy agreement. If you book your accommodation on or after 1 August 2025, your cooling-off period will reduce to 24 hours only from the point you accept it.
