Ensuite/Private: This includes a private bedroom and bathroom, while the kitchen and living areas are shared. Studios: This is a self-contained unit with a bedroom and cooking space along with a private washroom. Two students may book a single studio together, subject to the policies of the accommodation provider.

Q. What if I don’t like my accommodation after moving in?

A.We try our best to find accommodation that meets all your needs. If you still don’t like your accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try to replace your room within 30 days for a one-time fee of £250.

Q. Where do I report any issues with my accommodation?

A.Please contact the on-site maintenance office or reception to report any issues.

Q. Do I have to vacate my room during holidays?

A.Never. Your room belongs to you for the entirety of your tenancy period!
