Students need to pay the administration fee of £50.
Rent can be paid via bank transfer.
Rent can either be paid in 4 instalments with a UK guarantor or in full without a UK guarantor.
Students need to pay the advance rent of £150 at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 7 days upon receipt of your Advanced Rental Payment. If an Advance Rental Payment is not required, the 7-day ‘cooling off period’ starts when your booking confirmation email has been sent.
