1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. Rent can be paid in full or in 4 instalments with or without a UK guarantor. Those with a permanent UK address can pay in 8 instalments.

4. An advance rent of £250 is required in order to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only till 15th September. Proof should be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date your results are published. 2. No Visa No Pay valid until 15th September. Proof should be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the visa application rejection letter. 3. 7-days Cooling-Off period. 4.
