The Ensuite flat is designed to accommodate 3 - 6 students with the availability of a communal self-contained kitchen and a common living space. Every room has a small double bed and is well-furnished with a desk and a chair in the study area along with an under-bed storage, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The ensuite is located on the ground and lower ground floors and there is an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin.

Rent can be paid via credit card, debit card or bank transfers.
An advanced rent worth £250 is required to make the booking.
The rent may be paid either in full or termly or in monthly instalments with an international guarantor. The monthly instalment plans are available with a surcharge of 2%.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 3 days of accepting your tenancy agreement. If you book your accommodation on or after 1 August 2025, your cooling-off period will reduce to 24 hours only from the point you accept it.
