    1. The listed prices are per person, per week.
    2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.
    3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 3 or 10 instalments with a guarantor. 
    4. A refundable security deposit of £250 must be paid in order to secure a room.

Cancellation Policy

    1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only. Have to furnish written proof from your HEI that your application wasn’t successful, and you want to cancel your tenancy within 7 working days of receiving this confirmation. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit with written proof from your course administrator and HEI that your course application has been unsuccessful. 3. If your course start date is delayed, we will defer your contract start date in line with the course start date upto 31st January 2022. 4. In exceptions such as travel delays due to Covid-19 students will have to quarantine for 10 days in advance of checking in.
