Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.
2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.
3. The rent may be paid in full, the total payment due can be split into two.
4. The first half must be paid on the original due date of the full-year payment and the remaining half to be paid within 7 days of the tenancy start date.
5. A booking deposit of £300 must be paid in advance to secure a booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – If you are not offered university enrollment due to inadequate grades then provide relevant proof of the same emailed to the Abodus within 72-hours. 2. No Visa No Pay - If you are not sure of your student visa then provide relevant proof of the same emailed to the Abodus within 72-hours. 3. 7 days cooling off period before commencement of the period of the License, the agreement can be cancelled. 4. In a situation where you want to be released from the agreement, then you can do so after finding a suitable replacement is found to take over your Assured Shorthold Tenancy.
