Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. Rent can be paid in full or 4 installments via UK debit cards or bank transfers. A UK Guarantor is not required to pay in installments.

4. A deposit of £200 is payable with the first rental instalment 10 days before check in.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students. Proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS should be submitted. 2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with a copy of the rejection letter. 3. If the booking is made until the end of 31st July, you can cancel the booking within 72 hours of signing your Tenancy Agreement.
