3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 3 instalments with a UK guarantor – payable at the time of moving in, followed by one in January and the last in April.

4. A deposit of £250 must be paid in advance to confirm the booking. After your tenancy begins, it would be converted to your security deposit, completely refundable at the end of your tenancy period excluding any losses or damage to the contents of your room.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing prior to 1st May 2024 and you have not collected the keys to your room. This cooling-off period will be reduced to 14 days if you sign your tenancy agreement on or after 1st May 2024, unless the tenancy agreement has already commenced and you have not collected the keys.
