No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- You may cancel your booking without penalty up to 31st March 2025 as long as you have not collected the keys. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via your online portal and email. However, from 1st April 2025, you can cancel within 7 days after accepting the offer online, and any advance payments will be retained.
