I have a most possible fabulous experience with my stay in StudyInn Leeds. Starting from pre-booking communication and checking in process, and solving all my queries and sorting out things in a high quality approach seen only in 5 stars hotels. So my experience is just fantastic, special thank you to Terrie and Albena who work at the reception, for being so welcoming, professional and friendly.

Its a very nice place to stay for student, New building, and everything, very secure environment, professional staff.

My accommodation experience has been great. It’s in a convenient location near the city center, with easy access to transport and local markets. The view is beautiful, and the environment is clean, safe, and supportive. Staff like Miss Terry and Miss Albena are always approachable and helpful. I also enjoyed the monthly events they organized—they really created a sense of community. Living with other students has helped me grow more independent and confident. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, secure, and well-located home away from home.

So far so good. I've been here 1 nights and check-in was smooth as glass. First of all, very secure, double security doors with card access The young fellas at the desk have excellent English and customer service skills. Showed me my room and all amenities including stairwells, emergency numbers and procedures and kitchen setup. Really really helpful. I never get this level of service with the "real" chain hotels. Will update this review if it changes my opinion but so far I'm happy. Oh, great location too ! 5 minute walk to downtown art museums and cathedral.
