Payment Info

1. The prices listed are for per person per week except for dual occupancy rooms where the rent will be divided between two students.

2. Rent can be paid in up to 6 instalments.

3. Students must pay £800 as advance rent at the time of reserving the room and no damage deposit is required.

4. No UK-based guarantor is required to pay in instalments.

5. Students will receive a discount of £150 if opts to pay.the rent in full.

Cancellation Policy

No Place, No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university/college no later than fourteen days but prior to the starting of your tenancy period, confirming that you have not received your place. No Visa, No Pay - Submit your request via email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing no later than 14 days but prior to the starting of your tenancy period, of your visa being refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period – You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing up to 19 weeks before your Tenancy commences. You cannot terminate the licence in less than 19 weeks before your licence commences, unless a Replacement Occupier can be found to take over the Agreement. You will be released from the Tenancy agreement w.e.f. the start of new occupier’s agreement and upon the Agreement Fee payment worth £50, deducted from your payment.
