Before you arrive you need to pay your Tenancy Deposit of £150 and first rent installment to confirm your booking

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students. Proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS should be submitted. 2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with a copy of the rejection letter. 3. If the booking is made until the end of 31st July, you can cancel the booking within 72 hours of signing your Tenancy Agreement.
