Payment Info

1. The prices listed are the cost per person, per week.

2. The rent can be paid using either debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. The rent can be paid in two ways: either in full or in four instalments, but a UK guarantor is required for the latter option.

4. To secure a booking, a holding deposit of £150 must be paid at the time of application, and an additional £500 must be paid within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- You can cancel your booking by submitting a written request, as verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations are only valid once we have provided written confirmation. If you fail to meet the 15-day deadline, provide misleading information, or withdraw from the agreement, your holding deposit will be forfeited. Once the agreement is signed, you are contractually bound and can only be released by finding a suitable replacement tenant.
