2. Rent can be paid via debit/credit cards and bank transfers only.

3. Rent can be paid in installments based on the length of the booking, with a maximum of four installments available.

4. Booking can be done securely after paying a security deposit equivalent to £250 with an international guarantor.

5. Also, a one-time service and bedding fee equivalent to £250 is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- Student can cancel their agreement up to six weeks before the start date with limited charges. Cancellations made closer to or after the start date may incur additional fees, including a portion or the full License Fee. Special terms apply for visa refusals, and all cancellations must be made in writing.
