The prices listed are per person, per week.
Rent can be paid in full or in instalments.
For stays being paid fully in advance, the deposit will be £250. For long stays being paid in instalments, the deposit will be equal to the charge for 4 week stay.
A one-time non-refundable fee of £25 is also required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing less than 4 weeks prior to arrival. For homestays, the cooling-off period is less than 1 week prior to arrival.
