Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. Rent can be paid in 2 or 4 instalments with UK based or international guarantor. If guarantor is not provided, the rent needs to be paid in full, upfront.

4. An amount of £350 for April 2024 and £425 for 2024-25 must be paid to secure a booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 28 days before your Tenancy Start Date (tenancy start date should not be in the month of September) prior to 1st August or within 7 days of payment of your Booking Fee, prior collecting your keys.
