Payment Info

The prices listed are per person, per week.
Rent can be paid via debit, credit cards or bank transfers.
Rent can be paid in 1or 3 instalments with no guarantor.
Booking can be done securely after paying an advance fee worth the first week’s rent. This fee will go towards the rent payment cycle, upon check-in.
A certain amount of security deposit is also required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing until 30th April 2024 without any penalty. From the 1st of May 2024 onwards and unless you have already collected the keys to the accommodation, you may cancel your booking by sending an e-mail to us at any time during the 7 days after you have accepted the offer online.
