Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing until 30th April 2024 without any penalty. From the 1st of May 2024 onwards and unless you have already collected the keys to the accommodation, you may cancel your booking by sending an e-mail to us at any time during the 7 days after you have accepted the offer online.
