Booking can be done securely after paying 1 week's upfront rent which will be applied to the first rent payment cycle.
Rent can be paid via credit cards, debit cards or bank transfers.
Rent can be paid either upfront, in 3 instalments or in 10 instalments. The first instalment needs to be paid 14 days before the tenancy begins.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking via the customer portal with no liability before a 1-week upfront rent payment is made. After paying the 1-week rent, you can cancel your booking within 14 days of the original booking via the customer portal for the 2023-24 academic year confirmed.
