An advance rent worth £300 is required at the time of booking which will be deducted from the first instalment or payment which is due 12 days before the tenancy start date.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. No Placement No Pay – Cancel your booking by sending proof of placement rejection or relocation within 48 hours of receiving it; valid until 1 September 2025. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- There is no cooling-off period for this property. However, if you cancel the booking then the amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Advance Rent and (ii) the amount equivalent to one week’s Licence Fee is non-refundable.
