Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Rent can be paid via the booking portal. 
  3. Rent can be paid in 3 or 4 instalments with a UK guarantor or in full without one.
  4. An advance rent fee is required at the time of booking which will go towards the first rent payment.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing prior to 1st May 2024 and you have not collected the keys to your room. This cooling-off period will be reduced to 14 days if you sign your tenancy agreement on or after 1st May 2024, unless the tenancy agreement has already commenced and you have not collected the keys.
