Payment Info

    1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

    2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards (for UK accounts) or recurring card payments (UK and International Visa/Mastercards) or otherwise bank transfer applicable for students with no other payment option.

    3. The rent may be paid in full or in 2 main instalments for international students, with 2-week advance rent to be made on 1st September.

    4. A deposit of £100 is required to pay to secure a booking.

Cancellation Policy

    1.No Place No Pay. Proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS should be submitted. 2.15 days Cooling-Off Period. 3.Collegiate may cancel your booking if you fail to sign your agreement within this 15 days timescale. 4.You may request to cancel your tenancy if you choose to go to a different University or you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from taking your place at the university.
