2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. Rent can be paid in 4 instalments or upfront with an international or a UK-based guarantor.

4. An advance rent of £150 and a deposit of £150 are required to secure a booking.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the chosen university/college or UCAS notification must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving confirmation that you have not received your place, along with written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence of Visa refusal documentation to the Residents’ Team within 72 hours of being notified. Once we receive this, we will confirm receipt of your request to cancel and refund your full Advance Rent. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period: The booking can be canceled once it has been countersigned; within the 72-hour "cooling off" period, the tenant may cancel the booking if they have not moved into the property.
