2. Rent can be paid via Debit Card, Credit Card or Bank transfer.

3. An advance rent of £200 is required at the time of booking along with the 1st instalment for bookings.

4. Rent can be paid in full and 4 instaments with a UK guarantor. If a UK guarantor is not provided, the full rent amount must be paid at the time of application.You can also choose a monthly instalment plan with a Housing hand guarantor.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- A tenant may cancel the tenancy agreement within 7 days of application. Once the tenancy date has started, cancellation or surrender of your tenancy will not be accepted unless a replacement tenant is found for the Room.

To secure a room at The Hub, an advance rent of £200 is required at the time of booking. Rent can be paid in full or in four instalments with a UK guarantor.
