After strolling between corridors in terracotta tiles and typically Marseille spiral staircase, you will find yourself in this apartment offering all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The interior designer has designed the space to be the most optimized with his kitchen, two real bedrooms, bathroom and storage space. You will particularly appreciate the private terrace overlooking an inner courtyard in the calm of the bustling city center. You can drink a coffee or sip a Cap à l'eau (emblematic syrup of the city of Marseille) while enjoying the caresses of the sun, comfortably installed on the outdoor bench. The accommodation consists of: - a living room with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and AC; - an equipped and spacious kitchen with a very quiet washing machine / dryer; - two bedrooms with 140 cm bed and storage shelves; - a functional bathroom / WC. All the accommodation is equipped with the necessary to make your stay pleasant. The kitchen contains everything you need to make a hot coffee or cook good meals, with products bought at the Noailles market located a stone's throw away. The accommodation is ideal for groups of 2 to 4 people, on short or medium stays. The apartment is on the top floor of a building and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.## AccessYou have access to the entire accommodation.In order to offer you great flexibility, we have automated key collection using a key safe system located in front of the accommodation. Right in the city center, you have privileged access to shops and other surrounding infrastructure (cinema, restaurants, bars, parks, the Old Port terraces shopping center or the Velodrome Stadium). Everything is there. The Metro line and the city's 3 Tramway lines all have a stop near the accommodation.## TransitAll line 2 of the Tramway is 40m from the accommodation.
